Here they are -- the first photos of our new basset family. We all had a very busy day yesterday so these are not the best quality photos but I will be taking more portrait photos in the future. This will at least give you the first look at our new litter.
As it is, I have been attempting to send these photos out since about 10:00 this morning, but since my computer is upstairs and Zinger and the pups are downstairs, it takes some teamwork to get this accomplished.
Ron is puppy sitting now so can finally send out some photos!
Zinger looks a little dazed here but is an excellent mom since she had 6 puppies in just under 6 hours and she just seems to know what to do and when to do it. Don't know where she learned this In the first days of her life her mom thought she was a fancy squeaky toy and tried to attack her.
